Herd Watch: Who's Who in the Field

Run a real behaviour study: ten-minute watches, tally charts and graphs of herd friendships.

Herds are not run by a bossy alpha — the truth is far more interesting. Your child will learn about friendships, mutual grooming and personal space, then carry out a proper observation study using ten-minute watches and tally charts, graph the results, and use what they found to design a field that suits a herd.
